- Personalized Service. A personal representative
will be assigned whose responsibility will be your total satisfaction with
the service that we provide. The staff at Deekat understands that our
policies place strong emphasis on an other fundamental principle;
"accountability" for performance. If you have a problem with your
service you will receive a prompt solution not excuses or a "run
around".
- Prompt Response. Our staff are assigned
manageable caseloads. You will not wait days for a response to your problem
(or forgotten about altogether). Nor will you be placed on hold for endless
hours waiting for "the next available service rep" after choosing
from an endless menu of digital options on your telephone. You will request
to speak with your rep by name and if you cannot be connected
immediately, you will be provided with a precise time that you can expect
your call to be returned.
- Tailored Service Plans. If you have been browsing
other web service providers, you will no doubt be familiar with the
"Tier" system of service plans. This is a convenient method of
choosing a plan and meets the requirements of many subscribers. The problem
